The building is clad in Yorkshire boarding timber, treated with a clear varnish to meet fire safety regulations while retaining its natural character. Measuring 7 x 15 metres, the unit offers a versatile open-plan space, enhanced by a rear mezzanine level that provides additional storage capacity.
