We have been using Northern Design Partnership for various projects over the last 15 years. Alwoodley House

Our client purchased the site with permission to demolish the existing derelict house. The brief was to design a large six-bedroomed property with a subtle blend of ashlar stone blocks and render, creating a contemporary property. The use of large areas of aluminium glazed windows punched into the walling along with the projecting bays help model the front elevation enhancing the modern approach. The approach is carried through with strong, simple detailing and complementary external landscaping.
