Beaumont House

Our brief with this project was to completely overhaul a traditional stone house, constructed circa 20 years ago. The client was very keen to introduce contemporary elements within an extension, which would then be utilised to re-energise the house appearance. A large social first-floor terrace area doubles as the roof for the extension. The use of large glazed areas and contemporary GRP window/door surrounds complimented by colour-matched render wall areas promotes a house with strong design influences. Internally the house has been completely remodelled with two-storey spaces naturally illuminated with large areas of glazing.
