WG&R is a national digital communication company based in Huddersfield, which required further space at its headquarters. The new B1 Units provided much-needed extra space and also rental income from tenants. The height and curved roof design allowed for the insertion of mezzanine floors to provide offices and workspaces. The white insulated panels still give the design a contemporary aesthetic.
