Paul and his team at Northern Design Partnership currently work on multiple projects for us. Their team are attentive, efficient and excellent communicators. Their design team are second to none and all of our plots on the current project sold off plan due to the intricate detail of the properties designed by Northern Design Partnership. They liaise closely with planning officers at the council and make this process extremely simple so that we as a developing company can focus on building quality homes.
Upper Brow
Ongoing Paddock, Huddersfield
Construction has started on the first three of seven plots at a site in Paddock. The practice successfully achieved planning permission and has been involved in discharging key planning conditions, whilst completing technical drawings for the first three plots. Extensive ground works have been required across the site, with retaining walls in some dwellings being two storeys deep. We will be continuing to monitor progress during the construction phase, being on hand to resolve any issues that may arise along the way.
