Wilmslow Pool

The practice added to the portfolio of Wilmslow projects with this scheme for a large indoor swimming pool, gym and leisure facility. Although the brief led to a sizeable extension to the property we were always mindful to maintain a realistic approach to achieve planning permission. With the use of internal walkthroughs and external visuals, we succeeded in achieving full planning permission in the summer of 2022. The next stage for this project is detailed drawings and a budget cost plan.
