Fixby House

The design for this property is very much based on the house types adjacent, and previous permissions, but with several features individual to the house. The front elevation, which fronts Fixby Road, is bold with contemporary glazed areas and pitched gabled projections. The aesthetic continues to the rear, with a modern flat roof 'orangery' style kitchen living area. The house was constructed from a metal frame construction supplied by the local firm 'U Roof'.
