Paul and Matt at Northern Design Partnership are currently assisting us with two ongoing projects. One being the extension of our commercial premises and the other the construction of our two homes. Birkby Dwellings

Our clients had previously gained planning permission for two detached dwellings when they contacted Northern Design Partnership to produce detailed drawings, complete a building regulations application, and to oversee works on site. We have worked on a number of amendments to the original designs, whilst simultaneously updating the planning situation. We have worked closely with the contractors, undertaking regular site visits, to ensure that both dwellings are expertly detailed and built to a high standard. Large open-span spaces and external balconies have resulted in a series of complex steel details that we have worked on with the contractor and steel fabricators to successfully overcome. We hope to see the dwellings completed in 2024.
