Moorland View Development

We were commissioned by a local house builder to provide layouts and designs for this large residential site. The developers strive to construct excellent quality homes, mixing traditional with individual contemporary elements to set them apart from the competition. This was our brief and we designed a range of house types ranging from 1000 sqft terraces to 2,400 sqft 5 bedroom detached dwellings. The site proved very successful and all 28 of the timber-framed properties were completed and sold in 18 months.
