Rugby Drive Dwellings

Northern Design recently completed detailed drawings for a pair of dwellings in Macclesfield. An architectural practice previously gained planning approval for the designs back in 2019. Our long-standing developer client subsequently purchased the land and opted for a slightly different design solution. We maintained key features of the dwellings including the feature windows, contemporary materials, and open plan spaces. Construction has now started on site with ground floor walls and steelwork in place.
