Fully detailed drawings have now been completed for this small development project. The south-facing site accommodates three bespoke houses over 4 levels, each of which takes advantage of the far-reaching views. The properties are over 2200sqft with four bedrooms and large living spaces. The complex site has provided many challenges to overcome, such as works to foundations, structure, and accessibility. However, the team is getting closer to beginning the development, with groundwork scheduled to begin in late 2022.
